The following are the rates and policies for A Lady Winette Cottage Bed and Breakfast. If there are any questions about our policies, please contact us. Rates:
- The Harbor Room costs $175.00 a night.
- The Garden Room costs $150.00 a night.
** A third guest can be accommodated for an additional $25.00 a night.
Policies: No pets, No smoking.
Check in by 4:00pm or by special arrangement. Check out at 11:00am Children age 5 and up are welcome. Full payment is required prior to stay. Cash and checks are accepted. Cancellation: Cancellation is 2 weeks prior to stay, if duration of stay is under 7 days. If stay is over 7 days, cancellation is requested one month prior to stay. Full refund minus $25.00 processing fee to cancellations prior to the cutoff date.

Minimum stays
There is no minimum stay. The cancellation terms below change for stays of seven days or more.
